I had a huge tree limb fall on my roof this past summer. While I have homeowners insurance I'm not very familiar with how making a claim goes, but knew that calling roofing companies was where to start. Bay to Bay sent out a young guy to take a look at the damage. The best thing about it, he wasn't high pressured with making the sale, explained how an insurance claim works, asked for my patience with delays they knew they would run into with Covid and the shutdowns, and essentially handled the claim from start to finish.
